  • 📍 What areas do you service?

We proudly serve Philadelphia and surrounding neighborhoods. Not sure if you're in our range? Reach out and we’ll confirm!

  • 🛡️ Are you insured?

Yes! Waggy Little Rascals is fully insured through Travelers Business Insurance, ensuring your home and your beloved pet are protected every step of the way.

  • 🐶 Why do I need your pet care services?

Life gets busy — and we’re here to help. Whether you're working long hours, traveling, or simply want your pup to enjoy some mid-day enrichment, we’re your trusted partners. Our flexible dog walking options (ranging from 15 minutes to 2 hours) mean your pet stays happy, healthy, and active — even when you're on the go.

  • 📲 Can I book on my own?

Absolutely! For dog walking and cat check-ins, you can request appointments through our Time to Pet app. If you're using PetExec for daycare, bookings can also be made there. All bookings require approval from our team, and you can request services up to 48 hours in advance. Need something sooner? Contact us directly — we do our best to accommodate all urgent needs!

  • ⚖️ What is your Hold Harmless Clause?

Our hold harmless clause is a standard part of your client agreement. It releases Waggy Little Rascals from liability in the rare event of injury or damage caused during services. While we prioritize safety and professionalism, this clause protects both parties. Our team is highly trained in dog behavior, including leash reactivity, anxiety, and other common concerns.

  • 🚶 How many walkers will I have?

Most clients are assigned two primary walkers for consistency and coverage. All walkers are fully trained on your pet’s needs to ensure uninterrupted care — even in the event of staff illness or scheduling changes.

  • 🐕 Why are meet & greets necessary?

We require an initial meet & greet for all new clients to ensure the best experience possible. This allows us to:

Meet your pet in their home environment

Learn about their routine, equipment, and any special needs

Build trust before entering your home when you’re not present

This first impression helps your pet feel safe and sets everyone up for success.

  • 🏃 How does training work for new walkers?

No team member will enter your home without being properly trained by a senior staff member. During training, your pet’s routine — as shared in your meet & greet — will be reviewed in detail. You’re welcome to be present during training if desired. We prioritize your comfort and your pet’s familiarity with their caregiver.

  • 🐾 Do you offer pack walks?

No — and that’s intentional! We believe every dog deserves one-on-one attention and personalized care. Your pet's walk is their time to shine, and we treat it as such.

  • ⏱️ What is your grace period for walks?

We allow a 30-minute grace window before or after your scheduled walk time to account for traffic, weather, and other real-world interruptions.

For example, if your walk is scheduled for 12:00 PM, your walker may arrive anytime between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM.

  • ❌ What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens! Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

48+ hours notice: Full credit to your account

24–48 hours notice: 50% credit to your account

Same-day cancellation: No refund or credit unless it’s an emergency

Note: Cancellations are credited automatically to your account for future use. For refunds, please contact our admin directly.

  • 🔐 Do you keep a copy of my key?

We do not retain keys for any client. Instead, we recommend purchasing a lockbox from us for a one-time fee of $20, or using your own. Your lockbox code and home details are securely stored in your Time to Pet app and are accessible only to authorized walkers.

  • 👍 How do I know how the visit went?

After every visit, you’ll receive a full report card with notes, photos, GPS walk map, and any updates — all in real-time via our app!
