What is your hold harmless clause?
A hold harmless clause is used as a release of liability in a contract that protects one party from injury or property damage caused by another party. By signing the clause, the other party is agreeing not to hold business owners legally responsible for the risks involved in certain services. You will find this clause with all pet care facilities, it is just a protection clause. Our staff is highly trained on different breeds of dogs, dogs with different issues such as leash aggression, reactivity, separation anxiety, etc, and do everything in their power to alleviate any potential issues.
How many walkers will I have?
Generally you will have two primary walkers. We train all employees on every dog in the event any staff issues arise and your pet will always be covered. We will never cancel a walk because a walker can not get to you, this is why everyone is trained.
Why are meet and greets necessary?
Every client must go through a meet and greet with one of our head walkers. This ensures we get all important information from you about your pet, and what is needed for their walks. This includes their harness, leash, any feedings, any medications, ect. It is also important the walker meets your pet with you in the home so they know their walker is a friendly face coming in when you are away.
How does training work?
We will never have employee come into your home without being trained by one of our head walkers. They will go through all the things you went through during your meet and greet. Most times owners are not home for training sessions but can request to be. Your comfort with our business and practices is KEY for us. Trainees will go through any important information retaining to your dog, and will be on the walk with the person training them so your pet is comfortable with them, inside the house as well as outside!
Do you do pack walks?
We DO NOT offer pack walks. We think its important that every dog on our schedule gets the undivided attention they need and deserve!
What is the daycare assessment test?
Our daycare assessment test is to assess your dogs temperament. We go through six categories of testing. Your pet must pass all categories of this test: Obedience, Auditory, Unexpected Stimulus, Motion, Tactile, and Socialization. These tests tell us if your dog is compatible for a daycare environment with different types of dogs. It is for the safety of your dog as well as the other dogs in the facility.
What are you grace periods for scheduled walks?
We allow a thirty minute grace period before your scheduled walk or after your scheduled walk. Sometimes things happen, traffic, weather, etc, so we allow these graces periods so everyones dog is seen within their scheduled time frame. For example, if your walk is schedule for 12pm, your walker may get there for 11:30am or 12:30pm.

We also base this off of temperament. If you have an older dogs who is not as rambunctious, they will most likely hang out with the smaller dogs to prevent any injury. Our main goal is to keep all of the dogs in our care happy and safe!
