  1. What kind of pet care services do you provide?

    Waggy Little Rascals offers dog walking, cat check ins, in-home overnights, doggie daycare, boarding, wedding day dog attendants.

  2. Are you insured?

    Waggy Little Rascals is insured by Travelers Business Insurance.

  3. Why do I need your pet care services?

    Pet services are helpful for people that work long hours or are on the go a lot. We want your pet to be happy and safe while you are gone. Our dog walking options range from fifteen minutes to two hours depending on your preference for your pet. We can come as many times as you’d like.

  4. Can I book on my own?

    You can absolutely book services on your own through our time to pet app for dog walking and cat check in services. You can also book for daycare through our pet exec app. All requests will need to be approved on our end. Our apps will let you book as early as 48 hours in advance. Anything sooner, you will need to contact us directly, but we will always make your requests work!

  5. What is your hold harmless clause?

    A hold harmless clause is used as a release of liability in a contract that protects one party from injury or property damage caused by another party. By signing the clause, the other party is agreeing not to hold business owners legally responsible for the risks involved in certain services. You will find this clause with all pet care facilities, it is just a protection clause. Our staff is highly trained on different breeds of dogs, dogs with different issues such as leash aggression, reactivity, separation anxiety, etc, and do everything in their power to alleviate any potential issues.

  6. How many walkers will I have?

    Generally you will have two primary walkers. We train all employees on every dog in the event any staff issues arise and your pet will always be covered. We will never cancel a walk because a walker can not get to you, this is why everyone is trained.

  7. Why are meet and greets necessary?

    Every client must go through a meet and greet with one of our head walkers. This ensures we get all important information from you about your pet, and what is needed for their walks. This includes their harness, leash, any feedings, any medications, ect. It is also important the walker meets your pet with you in the home so they know their walker is a friendly face coming in when you are away.

  8. How does training work?

    We will never have employee come into your home without being trained by one of our head walkers. They will go through all the things you went through during your meet and greet. Most times owners are not home for training sessions but can request to be. Your comfort with our business and practices is KEY for us. Trainees will go through any important information retaining to your dog, and will be on the walk with the person training them so your pet is comfortable with them, inside the house as well as outside!

  9. Do you do pack walks?

    We DO NOT offer pack walks. We think its important that every dog on our schedule gets the undivided attention they need and deserve!

  10. What is the daycare assessment test?

    Our daycare assessment test is to assess your dogs temperament. We go through six categories of testing. Your pet must pass all categories of this test: Obedience, Auditory, Unexpected Stimulus, Motion, Tactile, and Socialization. These tests tell us if your dog is compatible for a daycare environment with different types of dogs. It is for the safety of your dog as well as the other dogs in the facility.

  11. What are you grace periods for scheduled walks?

    We allow a thirty minute grace period before your scheduled walk or after your scheduled walk. Sometimes things happen, traffic, weather, etc, so we allow these graces periods so everyones dog is seen within their scheduled time frame. For example, if your walk is schedule for 12pm, your walker may get there for 11:30am or 12:30pm.

  12. What is your cancelation policy?

    If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled walk you will not be charged. 100% of your initial payment from your invoice will be credited to your account. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled walk your account will be automatically credited 50% of your initial payment. If a refund is necessary, you may contact our admin personally. If you cancel day of your scheduled walk you will not be refunded or credited to your account, unless its an emergency. Any accounts that have been credited from cancelations, those payments will be automatically added to your future walks.

  13. Do you keep a copy of my key?

    Waggy Little Rascals does not hold onto any clients keys. We offer lockboxes, which you can purchase through us for a $20 charge, or you may get your own. All of your personal information as well as your lockbox code will be in your private notes for your walker through our time to pet app.

  14. Do you separate dogs in daycare?

    We separate dogs based off of their weight class. Dogs 25lbs and under go in our room for smaller dogs. Anything above 25lbs is considered a medium to larger dog which will be in a separate room. We also base this off of temperament. If you have an older dogs who is not as rambunctious, they will most likely hang out with the smaller dogs to prevent any injury. Our main goal is to keep all of the dogs in our care happy and safe!

  15. Is my dog crated during boarding services?

    We DO NOT crate any dogs in our facility. We will always have staff in the facility during boarding hours. Your dog will never be left unattended while in our care. We do have crates for dogs that prefer to sleep crated but it is not mandatory.

  16. What is your curriculum for daycare?

    Our modo is; “A happy dog is tired dog”. While dogs playing and running around all day is loads of fun, we find it is important to keep them mentally stimulated while in our care. We will have different time blocks for training exercises, games, multiple walks outside for each dog, and outdoor fun!
