Whether you're tying the knot on a sun-kissed beach or a mountain-side retreat, we provide safe, professional travel and event-day pet care so your pet can be right there with you.
We manage transportation logistics, time zone changes, ceremony involvement, and downtime care — so your pet stays calm, cared for, and camera-ready. Let us take the reins while you make memories that last a lifetime.

How it works
Every occasion is different and wonderful in their own way
so we have created a generalized way to get you ready.
Step 1
Let’s begin by mapping out your event timeline and how you envision including your furry loved one. Together, we’ll coordinate key details such as arrival time, length of stay, and their exit plan — and don’t worry if your timeline isn’t finalized yet, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
We’ll schedule a phone consultation to walk through everything and fine-tune the experience so it aligns perfectly with your special day.

Step 2
We’ll begin with a phone consultation to go over your vision, preferences, and specific needs for your big day. During this call, we’ll gather the information needed to create a custom estimate that fits your event. Once we finalize the details and you approve the pricing, we’ll send over a service agreement to make it official.
Step 3
To secure your reservation, we require a 25% non-refundable retainer within three days of receiving your estimate along with a signed contract. This retainer officially locks in your date and allows us to begin crafting the purrfect plan for you and your furry loved one. If any details change, don’t worry — we’ll stay in close communication and make adjustments as needed. Final decisions, including timeline and invoice updates, will be confirmed during our final planning call.
Step 4
Our final coordination call will take place six weeks before your event. This gives us ample time to schedule any needed training sessions and ensure everything runs smoothly. During this call, we’ll confirm all details, review your finalized timeline, checklist, and invoice, and make sure everything is aligned so you feel fully prepared and confident for the big day!
Step 5

Experience personalized service from the very first interaction. This package includes seamless, round-trip transportation for your pet between your ceremony and/or reception, along with attentive on-site care from one of our professional handlers.
One-on-one care: 1 dedicated pet + 1 expert attendant
Service duration: Up to 3 hours of premium care
Travel coverage: The first 60 miles from your sitter’s location are complimentary (excluding gas and tolls)
Mileage beyond 60 miles is billed at $0.75 per mile
